What Is Coaching?

As a child, we learned from everything we hear and saw and experienced.  Our beliefs, habits, fears and disciplines were developed from both good and bad experiences.  As we grow, we develop other beliefs and habits from our experiences, be they relationships, traumatic accidents, or other major events. These combined beliefs, fears, experiences and habits continue to guide our lives.

While some of these experiences, beliefs and habits have been wonderful and work well for us as adults, others now prevent us from living a healthy, unblocked life.  We create our own fears, based on what we know, and make poor life choices and more.   End result, “Life has not been good”
