Mindfulness, Meditation and Stress Management At Sea

Just about anyone you talk with will tell you. Life has gotten very stressful, at work and at home. We all ask ourselves, “How did my life become so stressful, and what can I do about it?”

Yeru Health & Wellness Center is offering a retreat on Mindfulness, Meditation and Stress Release. And we are doing it in the beautiful Caribbean, aboard the MSC Divina Cruise Ship. The cruise begins and ends in Miami, with stops at Ocho Rios, Jamaica, George Town, Cayman Islands, Cozumel, Mexico, and Nassau, Bahamas. This is the perfect place to learn how to be mindful, learn or improve your meditation practice, learn the causes of your stress, and learn how you can manage stress anywhere.
